Located on the 70th floor of Swissôtel The Stamford, SKAI is having a major spring moment with their Swarovski high tea collaboration. Throughout the month of May, diners can enjoy a Swarovski Mother’s Day high tea set in this visually stunning restaurant boasting birds-eye views of the Marina Bay skyline.

During our visit, we noticed that SKAI's inviting high ceilings and spacious interior now sport accents in Swarovski's signature pastel greens, pinks, yellows and blues. Guests can also view the jewellery brand's new Mother's Day collection in gorgeous mini displays and shop the series at a pop-up store in the hotel lobby.

It's time to dive into the stunning high tea set! Each three-tier stand holds sweets, savouries, and scones created by Executive Chef Seumas Smith and Executive Pastry Chef Yong Ming Choong to reflect the luminance of Swarovski's jewels.

Savouries like the Brie Cheese Quiche and Coronation Smoked Chicken, Mango Chutney & Coriander kick off the experience with some hearty flavours.

The King Crab, Yuzu, and Sorrel, as well as the Blue Fin Tuna, Ponzu, and Caviar definitely stood out for delivering an explosion of flavour, despite their small size.

Moving on to the delectable sweets, which just look so picture-worthy that they're sure to fill up your camera roll, we have an array dainty creations like the Golden Raspberry Rose Mascarpone Octagon Sable (with a glistening pink diamond-shaped jelly on top!), and of course, the elegant white Hazelnut Praline Yuzu Vanilla Swan Choux which perfectly represents Swarovski's most iconic swan motif.

That's not all, because what's a high tea without some cake? Fill up on Yuzu Blackberry Vanilla Tea Cake and a slice of SKAI Chocolate Entremet, two complementary flavours that will satisfy any raging sweet tooths.
To round off the whole high tea experience, each diner gets a Signature Swarovski Mocktail (+$10 for Cocktail), along with a choice of TWG Tea or Gourmet Coffee. We especially love the punchy sweetness of the cocktail, which comes topped with a lovely Swarovski swan logo.

The Swarovski Mother’s Day high tea experience runs daily from 3-5pm at SKAI and is priced at $68++ per adult and $34++ per child (6 to 12 years old).
