Create Your Own AI Art At Magnum's Train-Themed Exhibition In ION Orchard
There's something romantic and nostalgic about the vintage train experience, and if you agree, there's a new Magnum exhibition in town where you can immerse yourself in this aesthetic. Created in theme with Magnum's new Pleasure Express ice cream flavours, the AI-powered exhibition at ION Art gallery is a recreation of a retro train platform complete with a 'train' with personalised digital art, photo ops and even free ice cream and postcards.
This train-themed AI experience is open to the public and free. Just show a proof-of-purchase of any Magnum ice cream and you can board!
Start with a personality test that generates a bespoke QR code. Take a screenshot of it so you can scan it in the train installation to activate your personalised multi-sensory art. This digital art is enhanced with the mirrored room and lighting effects for an immersive experience and cool photo op. Avoid wearing short skirts and dresses as the floor is mirrored!

Outside the train, on the 'platform', the exhibition space is decorated with Magnum-inspired AI artwork by AI artist Zixuan Nian and giant Magnum ice cream installations. These massive ice cream sticks have QR codes that you can scan to play a VR mobile game. Find the hidden Magnum ice cream sticks for a chance to redeem exclusive vouchers.

Finally, you'll receive complimentary postcards with minimalist illustrations of Magnum ice cream sticks. Decorate it with stamps at the designated stations throughout the gallery.

The new Magnum Pleasure Express range consists of three delicious and unique ice creams, each with three contrasting yet complementary flavours and crunchy textures:
- Euphoria Pink Lemonade - tangy lemon ice cream, refreshing raspberry sorbet core, white chocolate shell with popping candy
- Wonder Golden Toffee - date and toffee-flavoured ice cream, golden caramel cracking chocolate shell with crunchy caramelised almonds
- Chill Blueberry Cookie (vegan) - blueberry sorbet, biscuit and vanilla-flavoured ice cream, vegan chocolate shell with dark cookie pieces

To end the experience on a sweet high, visitors can redeem a complimentary Magnum Mini stick at the exhibition. All's to do is present a proof-of-purchase (receipt/order ID) of any Magnum Ice Cream in islandwide retailers or post about your experience on Instagram (Stories/Post), Facebook and/or TikTok while tagging @magnum and hashtagging #MagnumSG, #PleasureExpress and #BeyondWorlds.
Magnum's Pleasure Express: Beyond Worlds exhibition will be at ION Art gallery from 26 April to 5 May 2024, and will be open from 10am to 10pm daily with last entry at 9.30pm.
