We're taking about the new 'Tastes of Malaysia' buffet at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay's Peppermint.

Served from now till 10 April 2024, the indulgent halal buffet features a wide variety of flavours drawn from various states of Malaysia, prepared by Peppermint's Chef de Cuisine, Leon Yee, and his Culinary Team.

The buffet also offers a fusion of regional flavours, with dishes like the succulent Rendang Wagyu Beef Short Ribs in fragrant coconut milk and spice paste, Orang Asli Tribe Ayam Pansoh cooked in bamboo with aromatic herbs and spices, and Perak Golden Pillow Bun with Curry Chicken.

Diners at the dinner seating will also get an exclusive treat - a meticulously marinated Kambing Panggang AKA Roast Whole Baby Lamb.

Don't get too carried away with the savoury dishes as there's a mouthwatering spread of Malaysian desserts. Some treats to look forward to include Putri Ayu, a traditional Malay steamed cake infused with pandan, Pulut Hitam, sweet black glutinous rice porridge, Bubur Cha Cha, as well as an assortment of cakes and nonya kueh.
